Only one disturbing fact

I just downloaded this app and would love to use it but knowing that I cant use the themes without giving full access just makes me a bit paranoid. Even though it claims that the app doesnt log keystrokes doesnt mean that it cant. What if the app is bought out by another (unscrupulous) developer? Its a sad fact that identity theft is such a large concern in these times.

If I were able to use this app without granting full access Id be using it now. On that note, isnt there some way to address this issue? It seems like such a great utility.
