Great but can be better!

Truly great keyboard app with nice unique features but can improve greatly still!
1) When predictive is turned off, the keyboard should adjust in size. Right now, there is a blank gap above the keyboard taking up space.
2) Holding the backspace key should begin to delete texts at greater speeds much like the default keyboard (begins to delete words at a time instead of just letters)
3) Each key / letter press should show the letter pressed in much greater size; or at the very least give that as an option.
